"No-nonsense" is right on point. Perfect technique that can be copied by a woman, a child, or even a man. Nothing wrong with that.

Absolutely, the best template for the rec player. Why? Grip, swing, and contact are INTEGRATED and form a SIMPLE repeatable pattern against the incoming ball.
Lacks power. So what?? THIS is a pusher technique, and pushers rule rec tennis.

By taking the racket behind her hand at the end of the take back she’s missing out on power because she’s losing the whip effect completely when she starts the forward swing.

Didn't get the point. Above - this lady's FH before she bumps into TA? And the lower one - us her updated FH, after the master class with TA? Below is much better, obviously. Though still a bit too stiff and mechanical. The lady is on the right track, no doubt 🎉

IT LOOKS MORE LIKE A BAD EXAMPLE NOT A GOOD EXAMPLE. THE CIRCLR THE SWING DRAWS IS WAY TOO SMALL.
