I think that Luke has greater durability, he tanked Sidious's rays better than Anakin, in Clone Wars Palpatine launched a casual lightning attack and Anakin fainted, in ROTJ Sidious He attacked Luke to death with lightning and he resisted without being knocked out and later stood up.
