This concept is a good strategy to organize housing systems in Africa generally or in uganda specifically. Because such houses have approved plan, good drainage etc and they favour average ugandan if this system is popularised it will be a solution for poor semi urban planning

Idea is good but worthy un friendly. No small party coz no compound, no privacy coz all in one gate. Let the estate next time build stand alone in separate gate then after come to mbarara.

Please clarify on the insurance fee. Is it an annual fee of 1.2M, a monthly fee of 1.2M, or a one-off payment followed by the monthly rent. Also, what would be the cost if someone wants to buy and own at once. Or can one renegotiate a shorter payment period like 2 or 3 years?

For someone living abroad, thats very affordable instead of going into the Hassel of building. It also comes with a safety issue. Build your own, bakubbe when building and more still after entering it. These days walls are no longer a security guarantee

This is a very good deal. thank you. People are renting in the city and paying 1.2m. Why not pay it here and later own the house after 10 years?

Yes it could be expensive but is very good idea papa 💪 and s about privacy is in our minds as African's but developed countries are developing becouse of such things but for us we say i want to be alone which is not developing our countries

I like the idea but the interior looks cheap considering the monthly payments! I don't know if it is the poor door n window finishing n color scheme or But I don't feel the vibe n excitement when I walk in! Just keeping it 💯!!

Thats Crystal real estate for introducing this idea, i can see alot of negativity, naye its ok, i understand omuntu omwavu abeela ne kibeela beela nobutategela nsi nga wetambula. Continue doing what your doing, by the time they will wake up after 10yrs, the deal will be long gone

In qatar 90% of the residences are built like this and are called compounds or gardens. FYI even the richest expats stay in them and some locals. No one cares about the so called privacy but ofcos us Ugandans tulowooza kweloga anyway.. it's a good project though 120millions minus insurance is quite much for an average ugandan but if u have job security in mid 20's this is good.
10yrs sound like a long time until you realise how fast time goes
