Easy Buffalo Cauliflower with Hannah Ann Sluss and Caelynn Miller-Keyes | Vegan dish

Oops! I did it again lol!! Forgot to tuck my tag but still check out one y’all favorite recipes I made with my beautiful friend Caelynn Miller-Keyes . The fact that we’ve been Facebook friends since we were 16 years old, have so many similar experiences and mutual friends we finally were able to meet this past summer and have been close ever since :)

Easy Buffalo Cauliflower Bites
Ingredients:
• 1 cup almond flour
• 1/2 cup of Franks Red Hot Sauce
• 1/3 cup of melted unsalted butter (this can be vegan butter too)
• 1 tbsp of olive oil
• 1 tbsp of nutritional yeast
• Salt & pepper to taste
(You can use 1/2 cup of brown rice flower & and 1/2 cup of almond flour for my crispy bites, if not just use the 1 cup of almond flour which is what I did this time :)
Directions:
• In a bowl mix together almond flour and nutritional yeast. In a separate bowl mix chopped cauliflower, melted butter, and hot sauce. Slowly add flour mixture. On a pan add olive oil and add cauliflower bites. Cook at 350 for 15-20 mins. Broil for 3 mins for crispy cauliflower bites!
Vegan Ranch
Ingredients:
* 1 ½ cups vegan mayo
* 3 tablespoons unsweetened non-dairy milk
* 2 teaspoons garlic powder
* 2 teaspoon onion powder
* ½ teaspoon salt
* ¼ teaspoon pepper
* ¼ teaspoon paprika
* 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
* 1 teaspoon lemon juice
* 2 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped
* 1/2 tablespoon of fresh dill, chopped
Directions:
* 1. Place all ingredients except for dill and parsley into your blender. Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy. Add parsley and dill and pulse. Enjoy as a dressing or dip :)
