✅Helping your child move from being prompt-dependent to independent
✅Learning how to "feel time" (No timers - they don't work)
✅Helping to get off video games without a fight by making time transitions visual
✅Developing resiliency to get through non-preferred tasks (like homework)
✅Helping build their internal dialogue ("brain voice")

DHD Dude provides parent training through the ADHD Dude Membership Site, in-person school-year programs, and summer camps. ADHD Dude is not gender-specific content.

It's almost 7pm on the west coast, CA, on May the 7th. I wish big providers like Kaiser would teach parents more in this manner as they never do. I've done my research and know what you are saying is 100% facts. I have a 16 y/o w/ severe adhd that he's labeled disabled by SSI and a girl who has a much milder form of adhd but both their executive functioning skills are so far behind. I wish more professionals knew how to teach parents how to truly help our kiddos out!!!

the more I understand about Executive Function Skills the more I feel like ADHD is not a helpful descriptor. your videos are a great help to me and (especially) my husband and speak directly to our experiences at home with our 14 year old son. thank you Ryan.

Learning about the 2-3 year delay has really helped me manage my own frustration with my 7yo when she’s acting like a 4yo. It helps knowing there’s a biological reason and it’s nobody’s “fault.” I’m not a bad mom and she’s not a bad kid. It’s a brain thing.

Hello sir, sometimes u talk about medication for adhd.what about homeopathic medicine. Do u know something about that?
