i had to get rid of my apple watch bc i found myself constantly feeling bad for not closing my circles or not working out every day and having those achievements!! best decision ever for my mental health

When I had an Ed it was so extremely hard for me to workout when I used to be so fit before I’d get out of breath within 5 minutes of just walking

I’ve had two different ED at first around 2 years ago I fell into depression and I started eating a lot sneaking food and I had very high cholesterol since I was in virtual school. Now I went back and I see all these girls who are thinner than me and boys calling me fat and now everytime I eat I barely eat or I eat a very constrictive diet I throw up my food a lot and at this point it’s just a habit and I can’t control it.

I feel like I have an obsession with gaining weight. I feel like I am to ugly and skinny and I need to be more muscular and gain more weight. Is this and ed, or simply a insecuritie?? (I am a male teenager and about 80 something pounds, so I am underweight.)

Oh. I hit most of these. But cutlery is because I hate the wooden disposable cutlery.

I've done most of this but not because of an ED. At least not all of it.
1. When I'm out with people and we're splitting evenly or they're paying, I don't want to seem greedy. If I'm paying, I don't care.
2. I carry my cutlery because I don't want to use disposable stuff.
3. I track everything with my watch I'm trying to lose weight and gain sleep.
4. I can't "meal prep" because it may enable binging. If I have to make an effort then it's easier to realise it's a binge and I'm not really hungry.
5. I bring my food sometimes, (very rare that I'm no longer vegan) because I'm mostly plant based and most vegetarian options are carb heavy and I'm diabetic, have PCOS and trying to eat more protein.

When you said ED I didn't think eating disorder I thought erectile disfunction.
