So here is my contribution to event #2. I took the time to also gut and (of course) reassemble the springs as I consider this as usual part of a gutting. Having seen others leaving the springs in the bible, I'm now not sure what the exact rule are regarding the springs. My time (including the springs) is 3:30. If you subtract the time required for handling the springs (see description for details) then my time would be 2:52. The judge shall decide.

Very cool! the beginning of the video was super entertaining, First the core gets locked then your pick breaks! I;ve done those same things myself.

That was a very good try :). Excellent fast picking and arg. ..another broken pick :(. But hey, the good thing is, you have now a pick for the tubular lock ; D.

It's great when we can laugh at ourselves.
And about Sparrows picks, when you happen to break one, ( or like me when I first started, many! lol)
take a picture of broken pick and send Sparrows an email with picture and they will send a replacement.
When I first started, I broke 5, and they replaced every one of them.
