Igniting A Lawsuit

The plaintiff claims she took care of the defendant’s child overnight, and that the child deliberately set her couch on fire — and it allegedly wasn’t the first time it’s happened. She is suing for damages. The defendant states the plaintiff was supposed to be babysitting his daughter, as that’s what she was getting paid for. He believes she wasn’t properly supervising his daughter.

When a child sets things on fire they are trying to tell everyone how they feel, how ANGRY they are. This little girl is just a reflection of the out of control anger in her father. Even at the end she said what she learned is that the plaintiff is a liar which is just her parroting her father. If he took responsibility, his daughter would. But he's not, so she's not.
