Grumman 17 SCOUT 05 Jul 19 Canoe Yawl Leeboards

Took SCOUT out in light winds to check rigging and leeboard designs. We need a place to cleat off halyards for quick release and a lanyard for the leeboard tiller. Both leeboards worked with the repurposed Sunfish rudder being the easiest to lower and raise. SCOUT tacked and gybed well in light winds with a little help from the double paddle. The close pass should give some detailed views of rigging and no, i did not hit the dock :)
