Fred Warner is pretty good at the desk. (Don’t retire though, you one of the best LBs in the game rn)

If the Pittsburgh Steelers organization doesn’t want to listen to the fans, stop purchasing tickets to go to the games.

“New age offense”.

Tomlin doesn’t know what that means. Its why we have been going through offensive schemes since todd haley left. He doesn’t know that side if the ball and it shows. He hired arthur smith who specializes in run heavy offense. Our offensive line is not good enough yet to make that a focal point. Arthur smiths offense also required the QB to be able to pass and use the middle of the field often. We got a QB who historically can’t do that at a higher rate.

All of those issues stem from him not being quick enough to see how bad of a hire canada was.

Tomlin's playoff record is 8-11, never won coach of the year, and never had any assistant that he developed get a head coaching job.

Why is the national media so in love with Tomlin? Even the game announcers the past two weeks have called out the Steelers for looking like trash.

If the Rooney’s are fine with winning records and first round playoff exits for the next ten years then by all means keep him. He needs a change of scenery as much as they need someone new

Rex, respectfully you couldn't be more wrong. Tomlin is embedded in everything the Steelers do, scouting, drafting, hiring of assistant coaches, scheme, game strategy, personnel It all stops at Tomlin's feet and he's made made decisions in every one of those categories. Continuing to play players over others, despite the one player sitting actually performing better. His game playing is horrendous. He's slow to adapt and make adjustments. His assistant coaches have underperformed except for Danny That's all on him. He needs to go for his sake as well as the team's sake. I hope he goes somewhere else and does well not the reality is his time in Pittsburgh has run it's course. They need to burn it all down and start over.

The media are insufferable, the way they curate and push particular narratives because it drives clicks. What were the Steelers expected to do this season? They weren't even expected to make the playoffs.

Steelers don’t care about winning. Ownership traded the WR1 and WR3 from last season. Then call passive plays every game for the entire first half.

It's from having mediocre seasons. Sometimes you have to get a few high draft picks to make a solid foundation.

lol the reason Rex still believes in tomlin is the reason he isn’t a coach anymore

Steelers Fan, but it’s not only our QB being Mid at best. But also Najee Harris is not that good and he poses no threat in the run game

If Tomlin has any respect for the organization he would resign.

Never seen a coach get so much praise for "not having a losing record"

Tomlin’s a good coach, they overachieved this year with Wilson as QB. Wilson played well at times this year and was solid in the loss yesterday, but they lost to a more talented team.

Tomlin got whoop, outclass and out coached, plain and simple

Everybody does leave that out, that this was supposed to be the year the Steelers have a 5-7 win season, and miss the playoffs. This year was a rebuild year, and they got to 10-3.
Tomlin is not the problem. Replace him with what?
If you don't have a QB, and don't tell me Justin Fields, yu aren't winning playoff games. Period.
