is it is permissible when I listen music with good words, or nath with music ? I mean If i listen a song which doesn't have any filthy words or meaning and contains good words is that is permissible to listen? and if IAM listening to the song which praises Allah and our prophet but contains with music is that permissible ?
please somebody clear this for me insha Allah

Music is not what it used to be. Christianity and judism also disapprove it. so lets all be cleaver and stop listenning to it.

This is what makes me think I could never be a Muslim. I mean, giving up drinking and extra-marital sex is one thing - but music? I really don't think I could do it.
