Actually this displays music theory and how he can easily learn songs by ear (without a doubt). He started off with finding the root note, playing the scale of the root note, and picking out which notes matches “Can’t Stop”’s notes. It’s amazing what music theory can let you do because you’ll find patterns :)

Even if he is looking at the tab for the first time that would still be very impressive, cause looking at a tab to learn does still take more than 30 seconds

This may or may not be real but some people really can do this. I have a friend who if you play him 20 seconds of a song he’ll doodle around for 30 seconds and he’ll play the whole riff perfectly for you. When you see it in person it is quite impressive.

Very easy. And people damn, if you practice this is actually very easy. And FYI he told he has heard that song a lot of times before which means he knows the tune and it becomes even easier to figure out such a simple riff .
