I live in San Diego. It’s getting very crowded and expensive, but it’s beautiful, you’ll never be bored, and almost every day is perfect weather.

San Diegan born and raised. Had a home there, with an ocean view! Sold it and moved away. Too difficult to move around the city. No parking. Still, the best place to live in the country though and I have lived all over the country. I’ve been to nearly all the cities on this list and San Diego is by far the best.

As someone that grew up in San Francisco and now lives in the mountains of Colorado, I love that you make NewYork and Honolulu seem like a bargain.

I would definitely pick San Diego from any on this list, but I visited lake Tahoe as a kid in the early 1970s, and it is definitely as beautiful as advertised.

My wife and I were highly considering picking up and moving from NYC to San Diego after visiting friends. What an amazing area!

I would’ve stay in San Diego. Not too hot, not too cold, just right. Perfect year round weather.

Santa Barbara with Santa Cruz a close second. I want cooler weather with lots of outdoor activities available.

I grew up in Boston and San Francisco, and later lived on the shore of Lake Tahoe. Could never afford to live in these places again.

I love Portland, where I live but I would live Sedona. Loved it when I visited. It's really beautiful. Oregon is amazingly beautiful.

My friend just moved from San Clemente to San Francisco. She loves it. The temperatures are so mild. Can’t wait to visit!

What the heck, peeps? Santa Barbara? Carmel by the Sea? Easily the two most beautiful towns/cities on the entire west coast; north to south. If I had a bigger wallet I wouldn't have to even think about it. Live in Santa B and have a bungalow in Carmel or vice versa, whatever.

Hawaii, Santa Barbara, or San Diego. Definitely would move overseas permanently though.

I really feel blessed to live in Marin County, CA. I've been here for about 13 years now, and feel so fortunate. Novato is a nice town; the whole county is so magnificent. I am disabled from a deadly mountain bike accident I suffered in high school too. This was the last place I ever thought I would end up! 😀

I'm a Canuck and this last winter/spring I went a crossed America by the Southern States and the place I would love to have stayed, because of it's beauty and people was a small town in New Mexico that will remain nameless for now.

As someone who’s lived in phx my whole life, I cannot understand for the life of me why Scottsdale is on this list. Sedona sure, but Scottsdale is just slightly less miserable Phoenix

Am I the only one who noticed that in the minute 23:45 the city he mentioned was Austin, Texas and the one in the text box is Park City, Utah? Same happens in 24:34, he said “Park City, Utah” and he put in the text box “Sedona, Arizona”. Btw, good video.

I'm surprised Santa Barbara, California wasn't on the list.
