Homeschool your kids with the Bible, all the classic literature, poetry, nature study, and gardening, etc. and you’ll see it everywhere as plain as day.

Something you rarely mention is that once you open the door to symbolism, it comes with inner risks of sorts, that you’re not aware of in the first place. Symbolic thinking can have its dangers and traps. It makes you suggestible, it makes your psyche more porous and somehow vulnerable. That’s where some sort of faith is required (cultivating a sense of the light and unity). At least this is my experience. I opened some dangerous door because of my natural sensitivity to symbolism. I learned the hard way to use the interpretation machine in my brain carefully. Don’t know if this makes sense.

I learned a lot of this through reading the interpretation of the iconography. There will be many different opinions on what a determined symbol or motive means, but when you have read enough and you start to connect the dots you will start to get an insight about this. I remember me as a kid reading books about the "meaning" of dreams, not scientifc or psychoanalitic books, but those you see in the esoteric stores and it puzzled me how they didn't said the same thing about the same dream. When I became a teenager and began reading serious books I was hooked with Mesoamerican myths and archaeology. Then I ended studying history and history of art.

Johnathan, I’ve been doing this for a year now with my life and anime. Lot of synchronicities. Naruto is what I’m on right now, but I would check out Evangelion. The movie is and shows are so symbolic I’ve actually never been able to fully grasp them, but would appreciate any insight you could give.
