Why I Disclose Offers on Properties - OC Real Estate

A lot of agents won’t disclose the offers on their listing to buyers, but I will! At the end of the day, I want to get the highest price for my seller, so creating a bidding war is a great way to make sure that happens. And in California, it’s right there in the contract!!
