DIY ASIC Mining Cabinet - Optimizing Soundproofing and Heat Distribution

In this video, I show my custom-built ASIC mining cabinet that optimizes both soundproofing and heat distribution. I designed the cabinet for 3 x ASICs (Bitmain Antminer S19 / L7 / D9 / K7 / KA3). We know that noise levels and high temperatures are major concerns when it comes to ASIC mining, so I designed this cabinet to mitigate both issues. I run a dedicated 20A circuit to a 20A PDU for each chamber.

I demonstrate how my soundproof box effectively muffles the noise produced by ASIC miners. I used 50mm/2" coldroom panels for the outer cabinet and acoustic insulation panels to create a tight, enclosed space inside the cabinet that reduces noise levels from 75db down to 55db. I built a custom ventilation system using 2 x AC Infinity Cloudline T12 300mm/12" fans with an AC Infinity Controller 69 WiFi that ensures heat distribution within the cabinet adjusts based on ambient temperature. By using strategically placed fans and airflow ducts, I'm able to maintain a consistent and cool temperature for the ASIC miners in my garage that reaches 40C/104F in summer.
