For exhaust fans research VIVOSUN 6 Inch 390 CFM Inline Duct Fan with variable speed controller or comparable duct fans, I have several pumping heat into the attic. 34 decibels plus or minus based on the speed setting and they may use less electricity than the 12 or so exhaust fans. 4 could do the work of 12 but that depends on the CFM of your fans. You'll need a wood frame or some angle iron from the hardware store. You have a good setup that's functional, all you need is better hash rates so hopefully the bear mkt will end sooner.

For the exhaust, you could make a similar sound trap on the outside, just i lot bigger, and maybe with the exit path upwards and out instead of donwards.
