hello sir good day ... I just asked about this fryer that I repaired. the problem is that it takes a long time for the gas valve to open when you turn on the thermostat..there is a pilot that works ... sometimes it opens but can't go back until the oil has cooled..the thermostat and high limit are new.his thermopile is ok ... and it opens and steady.what could be wrong..I think the gas valve has a problem. .the pilot light is strong and I'm sure I was able to give the correct millivolt to the gas valve..please advice..thank you for the power to your channel to grow ... happy new year

I tried light my pitco frilator 65c+ for the first time i got a lot of fire. I tried doing it a second time there but seemed a lot of gas is coming from the switch when turned to the pilot position. what could be wrong

hi I did follow your instruction still I can't light up the pilot and the fryer it is pitco frialator deep fryer
