After restart of my motorbike f850gs BMW Connectivity foregot my phone. It's normal situation? For example I rode to a shop, stopped. Went to the shop. Back and start my motorbike and motorbike foregot my phone Samsung Note 10.

You don't need a BMW headset or helmet and normally it should function as long as you can connect via Bluetooth. Now, it's possible that something was installed incorrectly in setting up your connectivity. I strongly suggest visiting your local dealer so he can have a look.

With 20s as already posted. Connect Nav to SENA with GPS pairing (see SENA instructions) and pair SENA to TFT using smartphone pairing. Pair phone to TFT. DO NOT DO ANY OTHER PAIRINGS. Always turn on SENA before bike and it all works. My bike software was updated this week which lost all settings. It took about 30 seconds to do the above before leaving dealer and everything works as it should every time. I can listen to media and instructions from Nav and BMW app interrupt as they should. Phone calls work as does bike to bike.

Do you have any idea why I can't establish connection to the helmet ? It finds the device and there is a message "Establishing connection..." and the bluetooth icon is blinking but 30 seconds later there is a message that connection can not be established.

Hello friends. I have a 2020 R 1250 GS. The TFT screen is correctly connected to my iPhone and my SENA 10S Intercom. However, in the Telephone Menu: The Phone Book and Call List appear correctly but FAVORITES do not appear. This makes making a call very cumbersome because the contact list is very large.

I was in the BMW workshop and they updated the software of the bike. Also, I updated the software of the Bluetooth SENA (New 10S) and I updated the software of my new iPhone 11 Pro. None of this has helped. The Favorites option still does not appear in the Telephone Menu.

You need to clear out how to connect a smartphone, a helmet (or two), nav6 and GS connectivity module.

I am mean to say... If you pair your helmet to smartphone but not GS connectivity, what do you lose? Why pair connectivity module with helmets instead of just the phones?
You can still hear the voice prompts and answer calls etc.
Do we need to delete helmets from the smartphones and just connect the helmets to connectivity module?
How about the communication between helmets? If we pair both with connectivity module, does the module handle the connection between the helmets INSTEAD of the helmets themselves?
These are things to clear out.

My phone never pairs - the "connections" setting is either greyed-out or, if not, it never detects a phone to pair with. Dealer can't seem to figure out the problem. Any ideas?

Pairing the 2022 S1000RR (US version) doesn't work with any of my mobile devices (two android phones, one iphone, and one android tablet), all of which I have successfully paired to other devices and non-BMW vehicles. It never gets past "Searching for devices...".

Hello! I’m having trouble with my TFT Screen. On the telephone option, the Favourite menu doesn’t appear at all. Anyone has the same issue? How can I fix this?

I was able to pair my phone and my helmet blueetooth, , I was able to make few calls and receive... But I can not reproduce music... when I open the menu only shows track unknow 00:00 I can not reproduce, or change to another track.... I tried openning my google play music app on my phone but got the same results... Somebody knows if this app is compatible with BMW connectivity... Or which app you using on android moviles ? My helmet keeps disappearing from the list of paired helmets on my R1250GSA. I have a BMW GS helmet with a BMW communication system installed on the helmet and so far i've had to pair the helmet 4 times (and I only got the bike last month). Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

Shame that original (v3) BMW bleutooth cannot pair simultaneously as above AND the NAV6 (also original BMW) and third party gear can.
