My metal piece doesn’t even have a hole and the other end had a black cap on it so I can’t connect the top fan to the base 🤦🏾‍♀️

Mine came without the black ring, so i cant even connect the fan part correctly...kept trying to figure out what was wrong & then came upom your video & figured out why! 😂😒 Safe to say, I will NEVER purchase this fan again!! 🤞🏾

So how do you adjust the height? why is piece under thumb tightener threaded. It seems screwed up.
