At 2:15 of the video where you drop the handlebar in - ours was machined too big or the bolt on the stem too small that it doesn’t fit. Very frustrating so had to return it

My daughter’s bike seat came in two different pieces. Seat and shaft are two separate parts and it will not tighten down and stop spinning. Any insight on this?
