Prefect!!! I thank you. I tried a cup for one day….& was a major fail. I think I’ll try a disc. I had a two kids. One is 29yrs old. & the other one is 13yrs old. Since then nothing has been the same. I’m hopping a disc will work better for me. Glad I stumbled upon here.
