God, imagine no clipping through reality into the backrooms to somehow instantly end up in level 3999. Remember, you can end up in any part of the backrooms when you no clip, including level fun, level !, or the hive, but this also means it's possible to end up in some of the safest levels or even 3999 if you're lucky enough...

Explanations:

Level 1: It's not particularly chaotic, but there are a few hostile entities, and it's also where the main M.E.G. base is located. However, it is not a nice place to live compared to the other levels
Level 4: Let's say same as Level 1, but more safe and with much Almond Water
Level 11: Looks like the real world, a lot of communities ans bases, generally very safe. A nice place to live.
Level 63: When you enter this level, you'll find youself floating in a sky full of clouds. No dangers, only peace and tranquility, it's the best place to relax your mind
"Crimson Forest": Very safe level, no dangerous entities. The only possible danger are the predatory animals, but other than that, it is totally habitable
Level Fun =): This level is very funny! Lots of cake and cookies and almond water. We have so much fun here! Come join us! =) (Only if you are a Partygoer)
Level 48: very similar to The Crimson Forest, but it's a tropical beach.
Level 6.1: It's an infinite mall full of restaurant and snack bars. It's safe and full of food (Basically Level Fun but with no entities)
Level 𝙫𝙞𝙗𝙚: It's a world of daydreams. Chilling.
Level 3999: An infinite mall full of arcade machines. From there, you can also return to The Frontrooms (The real world)

Those who don't know what is the level 404, level 404 is a extreme glitch level. And the difficulty is 0, safe, secure and a devoidvoidvoid (glitched). If you wonder why level 404 is very glitched, is because 404 is a code that its been deleted or no search found. If you go there, everything is super glitched, like there is a coding numbers, glitches, etc. Also no entity in this level, but one thing about this level is- you're mind shutdown and start to forget everything that you do in your whole life. So start a new memory.

Okay, so I've seen a lot of replies saying that's not how this level works. I don't know a whole lot about the backrooms, just a few of the more well-known levels, but thanks to those who corrected me.

Level 974 a.k.a. "Kitty's house" is a nice level too. It's just a small house full of different cute stuff. There are endless food and water as well as WiFi. Also there is one entity known as Kitty (it looks like tall black faceless humanoid) but it doesn't show any aggression towards humans.

I've always found it odd that the opposite version of this meme is called "canny". Uncanny and canny aren't antonyms; "canny" really means clever/perceptive. If anything, Mr. Incredible becoming canny should be essentially a themed "galaxy brain" meme.
