Reaching Relativistic Velocities On A Generation Ship!

We know that no object can exceed this value of velocity, because if they did, this would lead some of our physics to an absurd. 
Also, we know that there will be a day in which humanity will have to become an interplanetary species, as well as an interstellar one. 
So we will need to understand if it is possible to reach that maximum value in velocity, in order to optimize our space travel.
But, as we have been taught by Einstein, when we reach such velocities, we have to deal with some weird relativistic effects.
Also, if we decided to go and establish on the planet of another star, we would have to build a spaceship that has some special characteristics. Someone has called it “the Generation Ship”.

Someone reported that embryos don't develope properly in space. As I see it, that's a big problem when talking about generation ships or just sex in space. Could a baby born in space survive on earth or any other planet?

At least according to my culture’s definition of the universe. We believe choice is an illusion of the subconscious and there’s ultimately only 1 timeline in this universe. Multiverse Theory allows us to expand our imaginations to make better choices for the Hive Mind…

To make total sense here, the faster you go the less you age? l'm assuming this just theoretical since the fastest any human has ever gone is about 67, 000 mph, the speed the Earth goes around the sun.
