Many thanks for your tutorials. I currently use the 0.00_ ;[Red](0.00) format to display negative number entries as red and in brackets. How can I keep this display but not have to type in the negative symbol e.g. currently I enter say -19.5 but I wish to enter 19.5 and have Excel covert it to -19.5? Many thanks
