It’s not about the posture but usually about the duration you’re remaining in that posture. You can sit in the perfect posture for 4-5 hours straight and still get lots of problems

Agreed with the general message of course :) but I've got to say that with each of these positions your neck is craned over because of the low screen, and your wrists are bent due to the non-split keyboard and non-vertical mouse. Also I can't imagine being optimally productive in all of those positions. Proper workstations do have their pros.

I love sitting on the floor crossed legged. Watching a movie, having a meal, etc. It feels natural. And most of my friends and family can't figure out why I do this. 🤷🏾‍♀️

I always sit in the cross legged position that you showed 😀
The height of my table is exactly the same.
It was an intuitive choice.

There was a narrative I read about how Cambodians and others use squat for many positive reasons. Americans are the ones mainly sleep. I love floor time, a good stretch & nice roll into formation is incredible.

I try to switch my position every hour or two. It helps me feel so much better at the end of the day. Even if it's a funky one, still helps.

I find if helps to talk small breaks, I’ll go outside and stand in an area, normally the smoking area, and I’ll sometimes partake in what they call a tobacco cigarette.

But at least I’m not sitting!

For students it’s a bit harder though since we need to write with a pencil and paper most of the time so we need a flat surface and a stable position
But I’ll give it a try, especially when I’m on the computer or reading a book !

I sit crossed-legged on the train, zero fucks; so many people my age (27) have lower body pain, 100% its caused by oversitting.

Everytime I sit on a sofa, I have my legs elevated with a recliner or a chair, is like lying down
