Grew up eating fried bologna sandwiches. We got the bologna sliced thick at the butcher shop. Runny yolk is what I love and a slice of tomato when the garden is in season.

And in our also spanish side heritage
Spice Ham was also a struggled meals among the Puerto Ricans

A struggle meal for dinner for us was pancakes. But our folks always made it fun by making our initials, or animals on the griddle. We were excited and had no idea we were "struggling" at the time. I applied that lesson with my own son.

I grew up in the Midwest I’m 63 years old right now. I loved fried bologna and mayonnaise sandwiches and back when I was a little girl we used to use Wonder Bread delicious delicious delicious it’s been about three years since I’ve had a bologna sandwich. Specially fried Yum. I have to try it with eggs that would be deliciously fattening.
