I actually am an over thinker too I wish I could stop being an overthinker because all my friends thinks it’s a problem for me because it will cause trouble with other people and I overthink everything when my friends aren’t texting me I think of something else

My ex was really toxic, manipulative, and never really cared about me. I have a new bf, an amazing guy, but now every time he texts me I think it’s gonna be something bad, and I’m a crazy over thinker, so when he doesn’t text me back or sends a dry text, I think he’s losing interest, doesn’t care about me, or just hates me and thinks I’m annoying. I feel like he’s ignoring me if he doesn’t text back, and I try everything in my power to not share with him that I think he’s ignoring me or doesn’t care because I don’t want him to feel annoyed. I also feel like I’m toxic for always thinking he’s ignoring me.

I’m not much of a other thinker cause I know a clingy partner can be a bit much and can’t really have you explore without the clingy ness so I just do my own thing while there gone and watch videos or go hang out with my friends.

Yea..Im a really bad over thinker. Sometimes I get nervous to even eat in front of my parents cause I worry do something embarrassing in front of them and care for what they will think..I worry about whats going on inside of other peoples head rather then my own business
