Vada Pav is my favorite every time I come to Mumbai to visit my grandparents and relatives! When I was little, my dad worked in Mumbai, and whenever he came back home from work, he treated all of us (except for me because I was very little at time) with Vada Pavs and Chikki! It's a hard bar sweet made from melted jaggery and nuts! Have you tried them? Now, years later, I rarely visit Mumbai during my vacations or holidays, I am missing those days where I missed the whole party my family had when I was little 😭 I am remembering those days.
P.S. You should try Vada Pav with Chikki as a sweet after snack. It's delicious! 😋

I don’t know if you know how to make this, but it’s a similar thing to naan (more like roti I think) it’s called poori? (Idk how to spell it 😅) but it comes from Konkani and I used to have it all the time as a kid but my grandmothers very old and lives in India so I can’t really ask her to teach me. It’s a long shot but I would really love to be able to learn how to make it if you know ❤
