35 Cal Pumpkin Spice Donut Holes!!
This is an oldie but a goodie I wanted to bring back for Fall!
INGREDIENTS:
1 3/4 cup oat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Dash nutmeg
1/2 cup brown sugar swerve substitute
3/4 cup pumpkin purée
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
For the topping:
Mixture of cinnamon and 0 cal granular sugar substitute to make cinnamon sugar 😊
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
2. Mix all ingredients except for the topping in a large bowl.
3. Use a cookie scoop to make your dough balls and like on your pan. Makes 28 donut holes.
4. Bake for 10-12 minutes. In the meantime, make your cinnamon sugar mixture.
5. Allow the donut holes to cool enough to handle and roll in your cinnamon sugar mixture.
Store in an airtight container. I store mine in the fridge to stay fresher longer and zap them in the microwave when I’m ready to eat them!
