I am so loving your channel. I’ve lived in my home for almost 23 years now and I neeeed some updates!! The column on my porch is vinyl and I hate the look of it. Its round bus has grooves in it and it’s so hard to clean. I wonder what’s under it?? I’d love to be able to paint it.

Yes to the door but use a more Carmel stain check out old masters gel stain they are so much better than those hardware store stuff if you are okay with spending more I go with General finishes every time the best.
I cannot stand anything in a yellow can if you know what I mean
