EASY ARROZ CALDO RECIPE😋

CHICKEN ARROZ CALDO RECIPE
Ingredients:
4 chicken thighs, cut into bite size pieces
1 cup white rice, rinsed
6 cups water
1-2 tsp chicken bouillon (OPTIONAL)
1/3 cup fish sauce (adjust to your own taste)
1 clove garlic, minced
2 slices of ginger
1/2 cup onions, chopped
2 stalks of green onion, chopped
