Hey, this is a tip to all existing Nord users. Their service is declining. The support doesn't seem to give a damn. I'd recommend switching over to something better. You're still gonna pay the same money, so why not have something that actually works?

I use NordVPN on a win PC for 2 years now. Recently it has become a LOT more complex to log in, with 3 open tabs that need closing after log in, and seems like the same thing is done twice. I now have to keep a log-out tab open all the time? Cant I just close the main screen with the map, to disconnect, or click "disconnect".
i thought i was connected, but it turned out that I was not, because my country blocks certain websites.I would not even have known i was unprotected if that had not happened.
Is all that complexity really necessary?

I have tried all of their fixes but still having issues on my Pixel 6 Pro but seems to work well with my Windows 10 desktop without issues but my phone is a total headache. Several times a day the internet just stops working and the only fix is to go into network settings\vpn and turn it off, you can't just open the Nord app as it will not fully load, the only other option is to power cycle the phone, I have tried TCP, UDP, and the next closest location and nothing works. I'm not using battery saver and the Nord app has unrestricted access. I've only had their service for a few short months and already looking at other options. I previously had Google Fi that included a VPN and never once had an issue with their service, I got this new phone and switched carriers which is when I signed up for Nord.

Our Android NORDVpn is fairly frequently 'spinning' on videos in different applications (varies news, etc). After a disconnect/reconnect the next video will work. Very annoying.

I've personally not had any issues with Nord VPN, it's worked like a dream since installing it 🙂

I made my first nord account today and I checked on nord account to see if I'm active and I am, but when I go to the app it says I don't have a subscription and anything I click on gives me a pop up saying account limit reached.

This does not help with my NordVPN, which keeps closing itself on my Android phone after a few hours of use. It just won't stay open.
Any ideas?

For some reason, when I connect to the app I have no problem, but when I try to disconnect the button is either not available on quick connect or the whole tab is not available to press to disconnect and more help is there instead. I have to physically come out of the app and it disconnects that way. Forcing a disconnect is not right. It will eventually kill my phone. I've had to uninstall it.
