(2/3) since they are all I have, I have grown in to liking a smaller stick. I am a Winger/Center - 6ft tall - 185lbs - 15yrs old. I play a ton each week now and need a fairly durable stick yet not sacraficing weight... I do mostly wrist shots/snap, and need good stick handling. Yet - don't have mony for top of line sticks (ie... $200) more like $80-$150. I love easton so far - yet I'm willing to try other sticks or two piece sticks...

I've done the same thing with a lot of broke composite sticks. Most blades didn't fit right out of the box. Most I've had to shave down. Either with sand paper or sometimes a chisel (if you're not sure what you're doing with a chisel don't touch it.) Be careful not to shave down too much though. 1/16 of an inch on either side should be the absolute max.

I'm 100% sure that was a Reebok 10K, judging by the colours and the Sickick II technology.

Tyson/Erik/Casey I cannot decide between the RS and APX I know they are both very light and Im a fast forward, I like stick handling out of tight situations and roofing snappers and wristers. I just can decide.

well i currently use a Zetterberg curve which i like a lot and the price range is probably 100-160 dollars i would like a curve similar to the Zetterberg or a curve that is like a Kane curve which is for stick handling and wrist shots

Hello,
I am in the process of getting back into ice hockey. I don't really know what the right stick for me would be. I bought two woods sticks to save some money. What I have is: Reebok 2k ultimate sr datsyuk & Sher-wood 5100 abs sr pp09 ryan. I'm 36, 5'11', I take a lot of wrist shots, I can't make good contact on slaps or snaps. I recall using a Canadien wood stick that had I square toe and and open blade with some kind of heel or mid heel curve on it.

@icehockeywarehouse im a righty in everything so i thought that i would shoot right but then i heard that your dominant hand should be on top of the stick which would cause me to be a lefty

Hey Tyson,

Great vid, very informative. So I'm 5'9" about 220lbs and I'm looking for a stick for some street hockey. What size should it be and what materials do you suggest for this?

Hi, Ice Warehouse. Which one is easier to flex: mid-kick or low kick? Also, because Easton intermediate hockey sticks are 58" long, are they stiffer than the Bauer sticks that come in 57"? And is it true that the EQ50 is a bit stiffer than some of the other sticks on the market? Thanks.

I'm playing with a righty stick right now. I'm right handed and I can play pretty well with it but can't get my shots to go where i want and I'm considering getting a lefty or trying out a lefty since everyone's been telling me to get a lefty.

what would you recommend for league ball hockey for a hard and powerful slap shot with a quick accurate wrist shot which is durable and within the $100 - $130 range

@icehockeywarehouse I'm 5'5 130 pounds. I am a speedy grinder who mostly takes wrist shots. What stick would you recommend. Also i don't mind puling a couple dekes here and there. What curve would you recommend also. I currently use a warrior mojo.
