Stop the world's first GMO food animal

There is nothing necessarily wrong with genetically modified food organisms. However they should be carefully regulated, cultured and maintained in self contained  systems that are independent from the ocean itself.. this is a reasonable measure to ensure that no reticulation of the populations occur and that the selected suite of alleles which are being used in the GM salmon do not cross over into the wild genepool.
