I find the spirits talk to us threw signs ie on buses, video's pop up unexpected on the Internet, or words pop into your head alot of Greek words come to me so I Google word meaning ie cristos. They talk and communicate through dreams and of course give answers through drumming, they choose us and want to teach us and help us evolve, it is whether we choose ignorance over observation.
