Maya's husband Robert who is a doctor has been watching Sarah's case closely, but he can't seem to figure out the root of her illness. Sarah starts thinking that someone is poisoning her to make her sick and her number one suspect is her ex-husband. Both Maya and Sarah hope that they can get to the root of the illness, but they have no luck. In the end, it turns out that Robert was a fake doctor who was poisoning medication. I didn’t expect it would be Robert who was the imposter(among us terminology), poisoning Sarah for the insurance money. He was such a nice guy. And they had suspicions that it was her ex, which it could’ve been him but it wasn’t. I mean he probably would if he wanted to since Sarah got him exposed for sleeping with his female patients and ended up getting fired. He wasn’t that vengeful. Again, I didn’t expect it would be a doctor since they make a lot of money treating people every day, they don’t need more money than they already have.
