Looks good.
Create a sanding rod by using a 7/8 or 3/4 dowel. Take 7/8 dowel drill 3/8 hole in one end glue in a short piece of 3/8 dowel to attach to a drill, this will save you a lot of time and easy to swap out sandpaper grits.
