Yogurt Starter/ Culture yogurt📌

Here I’ll share with you, how to make your own yogurt starter with just 2 ingredients. Try this super simple recipe to make fresh and homemade yogurt.

Ingredients:-
🥛Milk
🥛Fresh green chili with stalk or (red dry chilli with stalk)

Method:-
1. boil the milk and cool it down
2. pour in a small bowl, and Milk should be warm.
3. Add 2 chilies with stalk (make sure the stalks are sunk into the milk) check my reel like that.
4. leave it in a warm place for 10-12 hour or overnight. ( I keep in oven with light on)
5. After 10-12 hour you can use the yogurt starter to make homemade fresh yogurt. !!!
Enjoy homemade Organic Yogurt.

Note:- if you make yogurt in instant pot, put the container in the pot and leave it on yogurt mode for 8-10 hours.

📌Making yogurt/Curd at home is really simple, don’t taste it as a chore.
📌This is just the starter so make in a small bowl (1/4 or 1/2 cup is enough) and use this starter to make a fresh batch of curd.
