Honestly, how I see it, Avatars aren’t more powerful than the other. They are all connected to Raava, and therefore to each other; so really they’re the same level in power. It’s just how they use their bending abilities. Just because Aang didn’t reshape the earth, doesn’t necessarily mean he can’t be able to do it. Does that make sense?

As much as I like korra, I don’t think she should be the most powerful avatar. However, if this concept of twins is real, and they handle it well, it could be good. Not as good as the last airbender, but still good.

I thought every next avatar was stronger cause when you go into the avatar state you have the power of the previous avatars…meaning you would be amped more the more ancestors you had.
I know Korra lost her connection but she’s also the only other avatar we’ve seen energy bend lmao.
So I don’t think it’s that wild of an idea that she’d just be on another level, she has access to things older avatars didn’t.

Just a theory here. But realistically speaking from already established. Lore, there can only be one avatar and twins do not share a soul As stated in a comic. But earth can be founded in many different form, white phosphorus when heated up creates bright orange flame, there are also minerals that reside in the air and in the water. So what if one of the sisters was of course the avatar, but the other sister was so good at Earth. Bending, she could manipulate the smallest forms of earth, allowing her to redirect all the minerals in the air to create something like a funnel controlling air, being able to heat up certain combustion stones that or known to explode, or create bursts a flame.

I feel like her show already solidified her as the strongest avatar of all time. I feel like this major feat of Earth bending is the natural progression. With mastery of all the elements, reshaping the earth seems plausible. I just hope she isn’t aged out of existence like Ang was.

Side note: I always thought it was strange that Ang had a kid that happens to look exactly like a young version of his best friend. Maybe there was some backstory that I missed.
