Only 3, 300 yen per a shirt? It's so reasonable to have such a traditional experience of indigo-dyeing!!✨

It can be difficult to listen to the old folks and do what they say. But they keep the old knowledge. And feelings about life. Some mysteries are in the past. We should preserve them.

Awesome! It's interesting to see that Japan has Indigo dyeing as well. I have a video on my channel about Indigo dyeing in northern Nigeria 🇳🇬. The indigo dyeing in northern Nigeria dates back to 5 centuries.

Loved this film, thank you. It was so interesting and watching the colours change from each barrel was amazing...the end colour of the shirt is beautiful.

That's quite a physical process. So it took you like 10 minutes to dye? But then it needed to be washed and dried.

I love it how the stitches and buttons are still white. They haven't been changed at all, amazing!

I have wrote about the artist Hiroyuki Shindo from "Kayabuki no sato" Miyama. This video is giving me more insight into the art itself. Thank you for making the video!

This was such a wonderful video, not many youtubers go beyond to show the whole dying process. I have a question if you happen to read my comment. If I go, is it possible to Dye without gloves or facemask? Or do we have to use it for health purposes. ありがとうございます
