Staying off daily weed consumption for 30 days, just to pass a preemplyment screening cures my permadepression every time. Hope I don't fall back into it once I get the job. It's hard not to touch again.

I’m addicted to alcohol and cocaine. I’ve been clean for 3 months. It took intensive outpatient treatment which I’m still in, and continued work. The idea that after one month you will be good to go is misleading for real addicts. I still want to use all the time, but I have a lot of strategies to avoid use. It’s does get easier over time, but if I’m not vigilant I could relapse tomorrow.

I would recommend during the 30 day period if getting off hard drugs or alcohol to supplement with microdose mushrooms or LSD. This seems to expedite the process of breaking those dopamine pathways and creating new ones.

So, in order to stop doing a certain bad thing, you have to stop doing it for 30 days and then continue to stop doing it. Basically, you just have to stop doing it. Makes sense. Got it.

If possible, I’d really love to see a video covering some of the new data surrounding GLP-1 agonists and the ways in which they function to suppress appetite but are also being explored as methods for potential addiction treatment? Saw a few headlines, but nothing with real in depth hypotheses. Curious if anything has to do with dopamine pathways.

Food without sugar and seasons it's possible... You can mix eggs or other protein sources + vegetables for 30 days

Both dopamine brain pathways?❤😂 Love and respect You Professor, so much! Helps me with my opiate struggling 25y. Tnx. Believe me or not, I'm healthier than my healthy lifestyles friends and family. Control is just in my head. Everything is in our brain, and what we want. That addiction helped me proceeds my trauma and helped me stay healthy and alive cuz if I was stoned, I was hibernate on one way or another my feelings and keep my brain motivated and my little brain stronger and strongly bonded. Thank you! Always amazing data ❤

Will my dopamine levels replenish in 30 days if I was smoking crack? currently I don’t feel any pleasure at all, but it has been less than three weeks. I keep craving it and I am extremely bored.

Creating an imbalance without personal history is dangerous, doctors do this all the time with one size fits all additude and fresh out of school docs got to realize book smart don't mean you are people smart.
Trying to play god ends up with people saying stuff it and go out drug seeking, balance is not respected.
Harm reduction is key especially with ptsd, syndromes and the like, we need to step back and look at the problems right now instead of projecting our beliefs, some people are in survival mode and they cant help when it kicks on, we cant measure success the same for everyone because as soon as they stop trying then that is a loss.
mental illness in my experience has always turned out bad if i dont take the warning signs serious because no one else will especially in this society where everyone is bent on shame and guilt tripping.
Love and light

Yeah, way back when it was all about job creation. What we need to do is focus all of the manufacturing to be about supporting the nutritional guides

If you’re addicted for many years 30 days is only the first landing.
Plus you can’t measure how much time you need to clean body-mind-emotions axis.
