Diaper Rash is no fun for anyone! I swear by this natural diaper rash treatment- it’s the only one that works for my babies. This baby rash treatment doesn’t require 100 different baby products like desitin or butt paste. You’ll only need a couple of things (Lanolin and baking soda for diaper rash is my secret) that you probably already have on hand.

If you're looking to heal diaper rash naturally, you’re going to love this video. Baby care can be overwhelming especially when you’re dealing with an uncomfortable baby rash. You’ll learn about the causes of diaper rash, how to prevent diaper rash, what happens if it develops into a baby yeast infection, and most importantly, how to help get rid of that baby diaper rash RIGHT NOW.

We finally figured out what was causing the acidic diaper rash to our son. To everyone it may be different but we fought it for like 3 months. We tried everything and every cream you can think of. It was so hard as a parent to see their baby go through pain for a simple diaper change. It ended up being dietary. We stopped giving him regular milk and started giving him Lactaid. The lactase enzymes are what he was missing. His rash finally disappeared and he can even enjoy new foods now. We were finally able to see a pediatric gastroenterologist after a two month waiting period and he agreed with all our findings. He was missing the lactase enzymes. Hope this helps anyone struggling to find an answer. Try Lactaid!

My grandma told me about burnt flour as a baby powder substitute. Put a cup of flour in a skillet over the stove and pan fry it dry stirring constantly until the flour turns brown. When flour is burned it becomes a water repellent. Works like a charm.

Very important to watch the video to the end. Key notes: lanolin alone won't fight the yeast infection, it's more of a natural preventative option for skin health. The baking soda bath makes the skin ph more basic. That would reduce the speed the yeast spread on the skin and allow for the baby body to naturally develop their defenses to fight it. Also in case of yeast infection it's even more urgent to let the baby out of diapers for as long as possible to allow for proper skin breathing and drying. It's very important to let your baby develop their body resistance on their own and REASONABLY avoid using over the counter medications unless prescribed by pediatricians.

Cornstarch works great for prevention and coconut oil works good too. Sugar free yogurt is also a good option

I make my own.... oatmeal cornstarch and aloe vera.... I grind up a whole container of 100% whole grain oats a cup of cornstarch and two cups of aloe vera gel mix and store in mason jars in the dark.... works on everything

cloth diapers + EC (Elimination Communication) has helped my two babies! They've never had diaper rashes. EC saves astounding amounts of $ too.

I used to love & rave about my babies’ holistic pediatrician…. We drive 45+ mins just to see them. They have went dramatically downhill recently & it’s made me so sad. The doctor herself has belittled me & cut me off very dismissively & a nurse made a reference about young age as a mother & those moms not “wanting” to hold their children as if waiting for me to agree…. Not to mention just the misinformation or lack of. Paying in cash & her walking out mid question as if we’re finished already . I was in desperate need of this video & I have a strong “mom-stinct” feeling this is going to give me the solution.

I’ve recently come across your videos, and I’ve gotten more information from you than any doctor that has delivered my five soon to be sixth baby. I am very grateful for your knowledge! I do have a question, and if you’ve covered this please redirect me to a video. What do you think about pregnancy or breastfeeding moms using herbs, and protein powders? Clove to be specific.

For the worst rash I mix 1 part aquaphor, hydrocortisone, maalox with no flavor, and antifungal cream(only if yeast). This helps after 1 use! My doctor suggested this.

Sounds like a nice money saving way to treat diaper rash but I don't think this would have helped my ds whose bottom was looking badly burned and even bleeding! I have never been so distressed in my entire life and even my hubby was finding excuses to avoid nappy change time time. I was recommended tiny troubles salve by my doctor (on the quiet as she says they are not allowed to recommend natural brands) as she had used it on her little girl and it really was like a miracle the way it cleared up EVERY sign of rash and softened his skin. Just like Bridget says, it is important to protect your baby's bottom from moisture/urine and this salve protects, just like lanolin, but crucially it also heals whilst it protects. Very expensive though but it does go a long way. I suppose any similar wax based nappy cream could work if a cheaper alternative is needed.

This home made remedy sounds quite good and CHEAP! Which makes it even better! Well worth trying. My baby was in agony with severe burn-like diaper rash and I was at my wits end. Diaper change times were really stressing me and my husband and we were each actually making up excuses to avoid having to change the diaper! My mom told me (when I broke down in tears) to apply a soothing salve or balm as the creams weren't working and I eventually stumped up for quite an expensive one. this salve was called something like 'small troubles' and it worked like magic! I wish I could remember the name. It came in a pot with a white lid and it was being recommended in forums and the reviews were quite good. Any of the other salves and balms will probably be just as good and from the moment I first applied it I kind of knew it would work. My baby stopped crying once it was applied. His bottom was healed in a matter of a week or so. Thanks mom!

My sons rash got way worse when we put lanolin on my son 😕. But was completely gone when we switched to Earth Mama Organic Diaper Balm.
