12:12 Did you just assume the measurement of chajja sir? like the other one is 0.1, 0.6 and 1.7. and ofcourse the other one is bigger thats why it is 0.1, 2.2 & 0.6.

In my autocad line command is not being able to track along the previous line like you do in making chajja "0.1".
Using Line command, i can only track in free space.
What may be the reason for this issue.
