I flew to USA to visit family who also escaped Communism and live in Florida a year ago. From EU i am not required a VISA to enter USA for holiday up to 90 days.

Was stopped in New York and questioned for 8 hours about my military service for France.

No criminal record ever and not even a speeding ticket.

I will never vacation in the USA again. But anyone can cross the border?
