Eating times are very important for different organs of the body.We should finish our first meal of the day by 7 to 9 am.Its the time of large intestine.Finish lunch between 1 to 3 pm. little earlier also better.Finish dinner between 7 to 9 pm.In between take small meals.So we need to take 3 big meals and 3 smaller meals.Altogether 6 meals per day..
