In this video I cover 3 proven winter bass baits for super cold water conditions. We have had some really abnormally cold weather all across the nation. With that type of weather bass fishing can get really tough. These three baits are the ones I pick up when that happens!

Check out all the gear I talked about using the links below!

I’m going to have to look for those wide gap ned heads. Nice to have something weedless with the smaller Ned baits.

Great run down dude definitely giving me some good tips and ideas for this year. Can't wait to come back down there and fish with you in some of that Tennessee water

I agree with you about the ned rig. I have gone behind guys fishing tournaments and picked up fish because they were throwing aggressive baits.

Good video Alex. I tried all of this last weekend and nothing. This years weather is tough here in the south. I am going to stick with jerk bait and jig/ned this weekend. Need another 2 - 21 inch fish!!!

I've been surprised by the Stunna, put at least 50 pounds of bass in the boat this January. You are right it seems like only the big ones hit the jerkbait.

Alex I do luv the info you give us, it's because of your videos I just bought some JDM baits mega bass to be exact. I haven't used em yet cause I'm MN baby Siberia ( 🤣) my question for you is what is the best colors to get cause these waters are super clear compared to lake Erie where I grew up fishing so I value your input & advance if you have any for me. Thank you again Alex.

What a difference a year makes, I'm in Crossville Tn, last year at this time I absolutely stroked them on a jerkbait, can't count the amount of fish I had from late December to end of January including several 5+ and a 6+, this year I can count on one hand the jerkbait fish I've caught, seems like I have to go to Chickamauga to even catch a bass in this weather, sucks I'm relegated to the weekends with the BFL on Chick this weekend, only thing I can catch them on on my home lake is a blade bait, suffering fisherman right here lol

That Ned rig is deadly on lake Erie smallmouth.. Although I lose a ton of them in the rocks.. Do you have a link to that jig head you are using?
