Today's in India scenario, if you are in network security domain then treated as NOC domain but to have in SOC likely to have knowledge in SIEM Tool, EDR, XDR & SOAR .Only firewall logs that we monitor.Again Analyst having different tier L1, L2 & L3 .See domains are different & this is not about begginers .Yes, if you become in network security domain then network engineer is your begginer level.
