Big banks will absolutely be a waste of time, good call. But… Mortgage banks that have their own servicing portfolio are different. I run south county for one of the larger IMB’s - IF borrowers start becoming distressed, I’ll have direct access. You don’t hope for that, but if I happens then opportunities will be endless if you’ve positioned yourself correctly, thanks for the great content Pace, appreciate you!
