10 Gig Switch Unbox, Teardown & Rack Install (MikroTik CRS326-24S+2Q+RM)

This is my core switch for my network. It has 24 10Gbps SFP+ cages and two 40Gbps QSFP+ cages! This is one beast of a switch and has an incredible value. My workstations will link to this switch directly at 10Gbps via OM3 MM Fiber and each room in the house will have a MikroTik CSS610-8G-2S+IN & CRS305-1G-4S+IN backhauled via 10 gig fiber to this switch. This will act as an aggregation switch. I like MikroTik because their switches offer incredible value, accepting of any module and you don't have to deal with crappy licensing. This switch runs both RouterOS and SwOS. It has redundant power supplies and is 1U rack mountable. It even has a dedicated management port.
